    ,革新开放以来,我国国民经济得到快速增长。随着居民个人收入水平的不断提高,居民的投资意愿及现****财观念也逐步增强,对金融服务的需求日益多样化。个人理财业务已成为我国商业银行开拓经营业务的一个重要领域,而且商业银行个人理财业务具有广阔的发展前景和巨大的市场空间。这项业务的开展,不仅符合居民日益增长的投资理财的需要,同时也扩大了银行的业务服务领域,为银行的利润增长开辟了新的空间。但是,目前我国商业银行的个人理财业务还处于起步阶段,个人理财业务水平亟待提高。如何全面发展我国商业银行个人理财业务,加大理财产品的开发力度和创新步伐,为居民个人提供优质的理财业务,已成为我国商业银行业务发展中的一个极其迫切的研究课题。本文以“客户风险偏好”为主线,运用生命周期和投资组合等有关经济学及金融学的理论,采用微观浅析浅析和宏观浅析浅析、比较浅析浅析等研究策略,对我国商业银行的个人理财业务进行了比较深入地探讨和研究,以期对商业银行开展此项业务提供有关的决策依据。首先,本文考察了我国商业银行个人理财业务的发展近况及不足,指出我国商业银行虽然从政策、理念、模式等方面已确立了开展个人理财业务的方向和切入点,但与国际水平相比还有较大的差距。同时,在理财产品设计和营销等方面还存在许多亟待解决的不足。其次,本文从客户风险偏好的视角浅析浅析了个人理财方案的设计、个人理财产品的营销以及不同风险态度对投资组合的影响。在此基础上,就个人理财方案的设计进行了相关的案例浅析浅析。最后,本文浅析浅析了商业银行个人理财业务面临的系统性风险和非系统性风险,并提出了风险制约的有关措施,以便商业银行在规避风险的前提下从个人理财业务中获得的收益,使投资者在充分实现偏好的同时降低投资风险。

As residents rising personal income levels, people’s willingness to invest and modern financial management concepts are gradually increasing, and increasingly diverse demand for financial services. Personal Financial Services has become China’s commercial banks to open up an important area of business and commercial banking, Personal Financial Services has a broad prospect and huge market space. The conduct of the business, not only the growing population needs financial investment, but also expand the bank’s business services for the bank’s profit growth has opened up new space.However, at present China’s commercial banks personal financial business still in its infancy, personal finance business to be enhanced. Comprehensive development of China’s commercial banks to Personal Financial Services, increased financial strength and innovation of product development pace for individual residents to provide quality financial services, has become China’s commercial banking business development in an extremely urgent research topic.This article take "the customer risk by chance" as the master line, the utilization life cycle and the investment profolio and so on related economic and the finance study theory, uses microscopic research techniques and so on analysis and macroscopic analysis, comparative analysis, has carried on quite thoroughly the discussion and the research to our country Commercial bank’s individual managing finances service, carries out this provision of service related decision-making basis by the time to the Commercial bank.First, this article inspected China’s Commercial bank individual managing finances service development present situation and the question, points out China’s Commercial bank, although from aspects and so on policy, idea, pattern has established has developed individual managing finances service the direction and the breakthrough point, but compares with the international standard also has the big disparity. At the same time, in managing finances aspects and so on product design and marketing also has the problem which many urgently await to be solved.Next, this article has analyzed individual managing finances plan design, individual managing finances product marketing as well as the different risk manner from customer risk angle of view by chance to the investment profolio influence. Based on this, individual managing finances plan’s design has carried on the related case analysis.Finally, this article has analyzed the systematic risk which the Commercial bank individual managing finances service faces and the non-systematic risk, and proposed the risk control related measure, so that the Commercial bank can obtain more incomes under the circumvention risk’s premise from individual managing finances service, causes the investor while to realize by chance to reduce the investment risk fully.
