    黄骅港是我国西煤东运第二条大通道的出海口,是集矿、电、路、港、航为一体的我国四大跨世纪工程之一神华工程的重要组成部分。黄骅港外航道整治工程是神华集团的第一号工程,主要起着防沙和清淤作用。因为北方冬季渤海的自然条件,黄骅港外航道整治工程中包括堤顶胸墙浇注混凝土、预制块体护面混凝土等需要抗冻融耐久性高的混凝土,混凝土的使用环境是潮位浪溅区,冬季气温低于0度,低温海水对普通混凝土的侵蚀能力比较强。混凝土要避开在海水中早期冻害以及具备长期抗冻性能,才能满足工程的需要。本文以黄骅港外航道整治工程预制护面体工程为背景,研究海水环境下抗冻融混凝土的制备,进行相关试验数据对比,通过试验研究确定和调整预制块体混凝土的配合比,提出了护面体预制混凝土的抗冻耐久性的有效措施,得到满足黄骅港外航道整治工程的混凝土抗冻融的施工策略。通过对目前国内防冻作用机理的研究,指出目前混凝土抗冻评价策略存在的不足;根据混凝土冻融循环的破坏机理和评价办法、抗冻融循环评价指标和国内抗冻融循环的试验策略等,采用矿物外加剂+高效减水剂+引气剂的复合功能技术,通过抗冻融循环试验,考察、筛选和确定原材料,进行室内各种实验以及实验数据的对比浅析浅析。针对海水环境,浅析浅析多种影响因素,通过对比试验浅析浅析质量损失率、强度损失率和表面破损情况等数据,采取有效的混凝土抗冻融措施,该措施在外航道整治工程预制构件中应用,在施工过程中通过对混凝土的跟踪记录和工程质量评价,证明本文提出的措施对提高护面体混凝土在海水浪溅区的抗冻融耐久性具有良好的效果,可保护防沙堤,使其长久发挥功能作用。

For the marine environment, analysis of a variety of factors, test analysis by comparing the rate of mass loss, strength loss rate and surface damage conditionsConditions and other data, freeze-thaw resistance of concrete to take effective measures, the measure out the application of prefabricated channel regulation works in the construction process on the concrete track record and project quality evaluation, that the proposed measures to improve the armor on the body of concrete in sea water splash zones, anti-freeze-thaw durability with good results, can protect against dike so long to play a functional role.
