    梁漱溟是中国二、三十年代乡村建设的重要人物之一。由他主持的山东乡村建设,实质上是对中国现代化道路的一种探索,而且这一探索已被作为一种“新教育运动”载入中国教育史册。本文从教育的视角,在吸收前人研究成果的基础上,重点研究了三个不足。 一、梁漱溟乡村教育思想的哲学基础(第二章):以生命为本体,以社会为本位。前者指教育和个人的关系,强调在教育的过程中,要把对生命本体的培养放在首位,这是梁漱溟在融合孔子的人生哲学和柏格森的生命哲学的基础上得出的结论;后者指教育和社会的关系,强调教育的终极指向乃是社会这一“大生命”的和谐,这也是传统儒学一贯的思想。 二、通过浅析浅析邹平的教育机关(实际上也是行政机关)——乡学村学的教育目的、组织形式、课程设置和教学原则,说明梁漱溟乡村教育思想的特点(第三章)。其特点主要有:重视社会教育和****教育;强调政教合一;注重人生行谊教育;提倡知识分子和农民相结合。研究发现,梁漱溟的教育思想不仅有适应社会、超越时代的一面,如提倡终身教育、注重道德教育等,还有与当时教育现代化相悖的一面,且其教育思想自身也有许多悖论。其中,梁漱溟政教合一的思想与教育的世俗化、理性化等教育现代化的趋势相左,而他强调用丹麦式的“非实用化的教育”代替当时的西式新教育又与现代教育实用化、专业化、科学化的趋势相悖;就梁漱溟教育思想本身来说,不仅其教育的组织形式与培养目标相互冲突,而且其君子式的人格理想也存在着内在矛盾。 三、本文选取二、三十年代乡村教育实验中颇具代表性的晓庄学校和定县平民教育实验,分别与邹平乡村建设中的教育实验作了简单的比较研究,希望在陶行知和晏阳初两位职业教育家的乡村教育思想的参照下,读者能够更好的理解梁漱溟的乡村教育思想。 在这三个不足研究之前,本文首先对梁漱溟的基本思想做了简单的梳理(第一章),力图阐明梁漱溟为什么把乡村建设作为救国的唯一道路,并把教育作为乡村建设的重要手段。 本文最后就中国现代“移植”与“内生”两种不同的乡村教育发展思路做了简单的讨论,并对如何构建当代农村教育新体系提出了倡议。

    【Abstract】WwW.zIdiR.coM Liang Shuming is one of the most important thinkers during 1920s’ to 1930s’ in China. Shandong rural construction conducted by him was an exploration to the road of Chinese modernization, which has been recorded in Chinese Education History as a "new education action". Based on some research achievements that have been gain in this field, the thesis focus on the following three points from the view of education.1.The philosophy basis of Liang shuming’s rural education theory: taking life as noumenon and society as standard. The former refers to the relation of individual which emphasizes forstering life noumenon as the number one. Liang shuming mixed Confucius and Henri Bergson’s life philosophy together and put forward the point; The latter refers to the relation of education and society which emphasizes that last educational aim should point to the harmony of the whole society. This is Confucius traditional ideas.2.This thesis illustrates the features of Liang shuming’s rural education theory through analyzing Village-school and Township-school including educational aim organization, course offered and teaching principle. The main features is flowing: Laying stress on social education and adult education, promoting the combination of politics and education, emphasizing moral education and advocating the combination of the intellectual and the farmer. It found that Liang shuming’s rural education theory can fit in with the needs of the society and even overstep the time. And at the mean while it found that the theory conflict with the tendency of Chinese educational modernization and there are some paradoxes in the theory itself. For instance, Liang shuming’s view of the combination of politics and education contracts with the secularization , rationalization of education which are the tendency of education modernization. Liang shuming hoped to replace Chinese new education with nonproductive education. The idea is out of tune with the melody of modern education,such as practicalization , specialization and scientifization. As of Liang shuming’s theory itself, its educational form and aim are imcompatible with each other and there is paradox in his ideal personality.3.This thesis selected Xiaozhuang-school conducted by Tao xingzhi and Ding county rural common people education experiment by Yan yangchu which were representative at that time and compared them with Zouping’s in order to understand Liang shuming’s rural education theory more better.4.Before above three points this thesis combed Liang shuming’s main thought in order to explain why he took rural construction as the only way to save the nation and why he took education as the most important way of rural construction.At the last of the thesis it discussed two trains of thought of education in Chinese modern history ,which one was "yizhi", the other was "neisheng". The thesis put forward some suggestions to the construction of the new educational system.
